OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. YOUR ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.

OPEN TO ELIGIBLE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN AND THE CITY OF MILWAUKEE WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS MARCH 5, 2026, AT 8 AM, PACIFIC TIME, AND ENDS MARCH 8, 2026, AT 12 AM, PACIFIC TIME.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Tacos and Tequila Festival: Milwaukee Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on March 5, 2026, at 8 AM Pacific Time, and ends on March 8, 2026, at 12 AM Pacific Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

2. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Social House Entertainment LLC,
1290 Metcalf Ave., Suite 170, Overland Park, Kansas 66213 (“Sponsor”).

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the state of Michigan and the city of Milwaukee who are twenty‑one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Participants”).

Void in Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

4. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Participation constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

5. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, Participants may enter by completing the official Tacos & Tequila Festival Milwaukee survey accessed via Sponsor‑provided email or digital communication and selecting one of the available response options.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of surveys or communications received. No other method of entry will be accepted.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS

Automated, fraudulent, or scripted entries are prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant it determines, in its sole discretion, has violated these Official Rules or engaged in tampering or abuse of the entry process.

In the event of a dispute regarding an entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to complete the survey will be deemed the Participant.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

7. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION & ODDS

One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will take place on or about MARCH 9, 2026.

The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified via email. The potential winner must respond within two (2) calendar days of notification. Failure to respond, ineligibility, or non‑compliance with these Official Rules may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. PRIZE

Grand Prize: Four (4) VIP tickets to Tacos & Tequila Festival: Milwaukee on May 30, 2026.

Tickets are valid for one‑time use only. Event date, venue, artists, and schedule are subject to change.

All expenses not expressly stated (including travel, lodging, meals, and incidentals) are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.

All attendees using the prize must be 21 years of age or older and may be required to execute liability and publicity releases.

Sponsor is not responsible for event cancellation, postponement, or force majeure circumstances.

9. PRIZE CONDITIONS & TAXES

The Grand Prize is non‑transferable and not redeemable for cash.

The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued.

10. PUBLICITY

Acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the Grand Prize Winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy:

Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time without affecting Sweepstakes eligibility.

12. CONDUCT & TERMINATION

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

13. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, Participants release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from any liability arising from participation or prize use, except where prohibited by law.

14. GOVERNING LAW

All issues shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Venue shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

15. WINNER LIST

For the name of the Grand Prize Winner, send a written request and a self‑addressed, stamped envelope by March 1, 2027 to:
