When I purchase my ticket online, how do I get my ticket?
Can I upgrade my General Admission ticket to VIP at a later time?
Can I upgrade to VIP at the festival?
Yes! There will be a VIP upgrade tent onsite where you can upgrade your ticket while supplies last.
Do you have Group Tickets?
Yes, we offer discounted group tickets for parties of 4 to 25 people through our ticketing site.
*Participating cities may vary.
How do I purchase tickets for a group larger than 25?
For groups of 26 or more, please contact support@socialhouseentertainment.com for custom options and assistance.
Why should I buy a parking ticket in advance?
Buying your parking ticket ahead of time helps you start your festival experience stress-free. Advance parking guarantees you a reserved spot, speeds up your arrival, and lets our team manage traffic flow more efficiently so you can spend less time in line and more time enjoying the festival.
*Please note that some venues, like Winnipeg, might not offer parking tickets.
Will parking sell out?
It might sell out. Parking is limited, and availability depends on the venue. Purchasing in advance ensures you’ll have a spot when you arrive.
How do I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Hand it off like a mixtape — just share your PDF ticket or a screenshot. The name doesn’t need to match the ID.
What is the refund policy?
We’re a rain or shine kind of party. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled, which we would alert you to via email, social media, and on our website.
Are there any discount codes?
No active discount codes at the moment. If you’re looking for the best value, Early Bird pricing is the way to go while it’s still available.

Please note that the artist lineup is subject to change. While we work hard to deliver an amazing experience, artists, performers, set times, and schedules may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Lineup changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.

What is the bag policy?
Bags in all Tacos and Tequila Festival events must be clear and one of the following:
- Clear clutch (no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″)
- Clear fanny pack
*For Winnipeg, bags are discouraged and will be searched.
Are chairs allowed at the festival?
No. Chairs are not permitted at the festival. Please plan to enjoy the event standing or moving throughout the grounds. This helps keep walkways clear and ensures a better experience for all attendees.
Are outside food and beverages allowed inside the festival?
Outside food and beverages are prohibited inside the festival, but don’t worry, we got you covered with all of the tacos and margaritas you need!
What is the photography policy?
Professional cameras and filming gear aren’t permitted. Phone pics and content? Absolutely encouraged. There are core memories to be made here!
What do we do if we want to park?
Parking passes must be purchased online.*

Enjoy reserved parking closest to the festival entrance, making your arrival smoother and faster.

Is the festival outdoors?
The festival takes place outdoors. We encourage attendees to check the weather forecast ahead of time and come prepared for the conditions, whether that means sun protection, layers, or rain gear.

What is the re-entry policy?
No re-entry. Once you’re in, you’re in — stay and vibe with us!
Is this event cashless?
Food and beverage vendors are independently operated. While many accept cashless payments, some vendors may accept cash. Payment methods can vary by vendor.
We recommend bringing a credit/debit card or mobile payment option for the smoothest experience. Cash acceptance at food vendors is not guaranteed.
