OFFICIAL RULES
A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. YOUR ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. OPEN TO ELIGIBLE LEGAL RESIDENTS LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES (OR CANADA FOR TACOS AND TEQUILA FESTIVAL WINNIPEG) AND WITHIN A 150 MILE RADIUS OF THE CITY HOSTING THE EVENT CLOSEST TO THEM, 21 YEARS (USA) OR 18 YEARS (CANADA) OF AGE OR OLDER. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS 12:00:00 PM EASTERN TIME (“ET”) ON JANUARY 20, 2026, AND ENDS WHEN THE FIRST 100 PEOPLE JOIN THE GROUPCHAT OR BY 12:00:00 PM EASTERN TIME (“ET”) ON JANUARY 23, 2026. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD.
TACOS AND TEQUILA GROUP CHAT SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) 12:00:00 PM EASTERN TIME (“ET”) ON JANUARY 20, 2026, AND ENDS WHEN THE FIRST 100 PEOPLE JOIN THE GROUPCHAT OR BY 12:00:00 PM EASTERN TIME (“ET”) ON JANUARY 23, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s clock will be the official Sweepstakes clock, and the timeliness of entries will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
2. SPONSOR.
The “Sponsor” of the Sweepstakes is Social House Entertainment, 12920 Metcalf Ave Unit 170, Overland Park, KS 66213.
3. ELIGIBILITY.
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents living in the United States (or Canada for Tacos and Tequila Festival Winnipeg) and within a 150-mile radius of the City closest to them who are 21 years of age (18 years for Winnipeg) or older as of the date of entry (“Participants”). Void in Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, possessions, and military installations, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor, Tacos and Tequila Festival, and any of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies, and any agencies or entities engaged in the development, production, administration, fulfillment, or distribution of materials for the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, or spouse) of, or persons (whether related or not) living in the same household as, such individuals, are not eligible to enter.
4. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES.
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Participant’s warranty that he/she meets all eligibility requirements and Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
5. HOW TO ENTER.
To participate, Participant must join the T&T Group Chat via social media for a chance to win a VIP upgrade to their closest Tacos and Tequila Festival event.
No other entry methods will be accepted.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Any attempted entry by automated means (bots, scripts, programs, etc.) is prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries it determines, in its sole discretion, violate these rules.
7. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION & ODDS.
The first 100 (hundred) people who join the T&T Group Chat will be selected to win a VIP upgrade. Winners will be notified via email or chat. Potential winners must reply within 48 hours of attempted notification.
8. PRIZES.
A 100 (hundred) winners will each receive a VIP pass to their closest Tacos & Tequila Festival event. Prizes are good for one-time entry to the event. Transportation, lodging, meals, and any other expenses not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of winners. Tickets must be used on their selected date only. No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer permitted, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
9. PRIZE TERMS.
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and/or local taxes. Winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. Sponsor will not replace lost or stolen tickets.
10. PRIVACY.
Personal data will be collected and used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://tacosandtequilafestival.com/privacy-policy/ and for administering the Sweepstakes.
11. GENERAL RELEASE.
By entering, Participants release Sponsor, Sweepstakes Entities, and Instagram from any liability arising out of participation or use of the prize. Instagram is not a sponsor or administrator of this Sweepstakes.
12. CHOICE OF LAW.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law doctrines.
13. WINNER LIST.
For the names of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope by October 1, 2026 to: Social House Entertainment, ATTN: Legal Department, 12920 Metcalf Ave Unit 170, Overland Park, KS 66213.
